Employee Bios
JIM JORDAN, JR.
James E Jordan Jr. is the President of Colorado Bankers Services. He has been a licensed insurance professional for more than 18 years. He currently holds life and health licenses in over 30 states. He started his career selling health insurance and working his way to managing and training a large health agency. For the last 16 years Jim has specialized in developing and marketing supplemental insurance products including critical illness insurance. He was one of the very first individual critical illness salespeople on the street and sold over 300 policies in less than 3 months. At that time he knew that CI was for the masses. He has since designed, built and marketed critical illness insurance to tens of thousands of clients. He is also a captivating public speaker that has taken part in countless events to further the cause for CI insurance. He currently owns and operates a very large and successful agency with his brother J.R. Jordan. Together they have recruited and trained 1000’s of agents nationwide to market critical illness and other supplemental insurance plans. Jim has been a member of the President’s Advisory Council (2001-2004) for CBL/Dearborn National..
J.R. JORDAN
J.R. Jordan is the Senior Vice President of Colorado Bankers Services. For over 14 years he has focused all of his efforts in the ancillary product market, specifically critical illness & accident Insurance. Along with his brother and late father he has been a key player in bringing critical illness Insurance to the marketplace and has provided education, marketing tools/tips and training to thousands of agents nationwide. He is also a Nationally Acclaimed Certified Public Speaker and travels the nation conducting seminars and symposiums on cross selling and how to make an amazing living while embracing healthcare reform. In addition, J.R. was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Critical Illness Insurance! L.J. JORDAN
L.J. (Lori Jordan) grew up in Florida and graduated with a Bachelors in Arts & Sciences from the Florida State University in 1992. She majored in Psychology with a minor in Communications. She currently holds a life and health insurance license that she has had for 17 years. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she has been for the past 18 years. She watched her father (James Eric Jordan Sr.) build a long and successful career in the insurance industry and has been working on and off for Colorado Bankers Services for 7 years. She is currently the Director for Agent Services for CBS and handles new business submission, agent issues and concerns, training etc.
LAURIE LUNSFORD
Laurie Lunsford was born and raised in Arizona where she lives with her husband of 9 years and her beautiful daughter Nikole who is 8. Laurie has worked for Colorado Bankers Services for the past 6 years. Laurie started out processing new business then went to contracting. She is currently the active Office Manager.

In order to justify those advances we look at your Quality Business Index (QBI). If your QBI is not up to company standards we reserve the right to reduce or eliminate your advances. Please see the below example as this may qualify an agent for a 6 month advance.
